Employee login mode enables employees to mark their attendance with selfie and geolocation. These attendance entries are then approved by the business owner or assigned supervisor on the app. Supervisor gets to see his reportees and their attendance for approval
Employees can mark their attendance, manage leaves and overtime from the app.

Application homepage offers quick widgets to navigate to Employees, Attendance, Overtime, Advance, Remarks, Payroll, Business Holidays, Inactive Employees along with a dedicated section for employee approvals for attendance , leaves and overtime.

If the business has multiple sites / branches – several businesses can be created on the platform

The employee module of the app enables employee creation and lists details of all previously created employees including their name, contact and designation
Create a new employee by adding name, contact, designation, joining date, type of staff – (Monthly, Daily, Hourly) with working days and slots/shifts with working timings.

Employee / Supervisor App:
SuperManage login screen offers the option to login as employee/supervisor on the app. The Employee login mode on the app enables the allowed employees to:
1. Record their selfie based geolocation based attendance
2. Check and apply for leave
3. Check and apply for overtime

Cashbook allows convenient recording of Cash-In and Cash-Out transactions with the option to add images to the transactions and tag to contacts.
Vehicle Management modules allows the users to manage vehicle logbook/kilometers count, fuel and service expenses and reporting.

Employee Advance: Recording of employee advance with images. Advance can be settled later by the users. Same would appear on the payroll.

Overtime and Remarks:
Record and manage employee overtime and remarks with the option to search and filter.

Reports section allows users to create a custom report of Attendance, overtime, payroll, remarks, advance and cashbook for all employees or selected ones.
Exported files can be viewed in Google Sheets or MS Excel mobile app (any app that can open Excel files)
